Description Vacancy : Senior DevOps Business Analyst (IAM)

For people passionate about innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bring Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes to the next level of seamless integration and help shape the future of our IAM services!

For people passionate about innovation, this key position brings exciting opportunities to make seamless integrations of our Identity and Acces Management (IAM) processes to help shape the future of our IAM landscape!

You & your position:
The IAM team at Rabobank is managing all identities and their access permissions to our global network by means of state-of-the-art applications, for instance IGA and PAM. Our ambition is to further grow a platform providing IAM services that are standardized, seamlessly integrated, easy to consume for end users, secure by design and most importantly: Digital Only!

As part of this DevOps team, your key responsibility is to translate our IAM vision into designs and specifications and to interact with key stakeholders to achieve the best possible result. The designs you create need to adhere to the requirements prescribed in the information security and compliance frameworks that Rabobank uses to manage information security and risks.

The most challenging aspect of this role is to find the optimum between implementing what needs to be done from a risk & compliance perspective whilst minimizing the friction experienced by our end users.

For this we expect you have an excellent generic grasp of IAM in general and specifically on the capabilities of IAM solutions in the market today, to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with.
To fulfil this role, we expect that you have an excellent grasp of IAM processes in general with a deeper focus of IAM solutions in the market today.
Continuous improvement is self-evident to you, and you dare to be critical of the current working method and tooling. You are a go-getter who prefers to work in a team who stand for high-quality services and everything that is required to deliver these services to our end users. This makes you a versatile member of the team.

The team you will be a part of consists of 5 -7 DevOps engineers and takes responsibility for the full lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, including the operation. Their focus is to orchestrate access to, and usage of the “identity fabric” represented by the various IAM tools and solutions that are intricately woven together to form a converged identity management system.

Together with your DevOps team you will be responsible for:
• Playing a pivotal role in the translation of our IAM vision to next-level business & design principles, taking into account information security & risk requirements.
• Analysing existing policies and propose improvements to enhance security and agility.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand IAM requirements in user access, authentication, authorization, role/policy-based access control.
• Conducting business process analysis, (re)define and/or improve IAM processes.
• Working closely with architects and technical teams to ensure that the IAM solutions are implemented according to design principles and specifications.
• Working with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialists to identify security controls and find appropriate mitigating solutions.
• Applying rules, laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures to our IAM processes.
• Supervising and coordinating relevant issues within the IAM backlog.

You & your talent:
Customer focus, result driven and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. You have a self-starting attitude, excellent communication skills and organizational sensitivity. You are trained to effectively apply business analysis methods and best practices. You can multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In addition, it is important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
• Master degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IAM.

• Language: English, Dutch preferred
