About the role
We are looking for an experienced IAM Process Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where process optimization, standardization and IT‑driven change go hand in hand. You understand how Identity & Access Management processes support the business, and you know how IT implementations impact these processes, roles and ways of working.
In this assignment, you will collaborate closely with IAM specialists, IT architects, implementation consultants and business stakeholders. You bring structure, ensure consistency, and guarantee that process changes are effectively adopted across the organization.
Your responsibilities
Analyze, design, optimize and document IAM processes.
Define, maintain and promote process standards within the IAM domain.
Engage with stakeholders across business, IT and operations.
Safeguard process quality, consistency and compliance.
Improve and support knowledge management within IAM to ensure information stays up‑to‑date and accessible.
Implement changes in the IAM support chain
What you bring
Must‑haves
Proven experience as a Process Manager, Process Consultant, or Business Analyst within IAM or a similar IT domain.
Strong affinity with IT implementations, IT changes and business impact assessments.
Skilled in process thinking and process standardization.
Hands‑on experience with ARIS for modeling, maintaining and optimizing processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills at various organizational levels.
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience with knowledge management (methods, structure, governance, tooling).
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
