Description Vacancy : Job Title: ITSM Data Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) Data Objects and Configuration Management Systems (CMS) business rules using the Global Data Platform (Rabobank’s Data platform), based on Microsoft Azure. This role requires a deep understanding of both Azure and ITSM, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Integration: Utilize the Global Data Platform to integrate and manage data from various sources.
• Azure Management: Leverage Azure services to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the ITSM data.
• Power BI Services: Creating dataflows, manage workspace, etc.
• Business Rule Implementation: Implement and maintain business rules within the Configuration Management Systems using the Global Data Platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, data integrity, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure DevOps).
o Strong Databricks knowledge and Apache Airflow
o Good understanding of IT Service Management.
o Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
