Senior Power BI Front End Developer (Fraud)

Protecting our customers and Rabobank against payments fraud is one of the key aspects for our society, and as a bank we play a major role in this field. In order to be effective in fighting financial crime, we need smart individuals like yourself who get their energy from understanding the business needs to monitor and to steer the process of our internal stakeholders and translating it into functional requirements for our Fraud MI product portfolio. Together with the team you will be responsible for optimizing our Fraud MI product portfolio that originates from data from multiple sources in the organization and results into dashboards, which enable our stakeholders to make better, faster and more relevant decisions.

You and your job
As Senior Power BI Front End Developer (Fraud) you work in a team that is situated in a rapidly changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). We expect you to bring your senior experience to guide team members in building new and revising current Power BI dashboard that meet the needs of our business stakeholders and align with the vision of our Data & Insights Area within the FEC Tech Tribe. You share your experience and knowledge with the team on how to create a compelling story with Power BI dashboarding. You gather and define requirements for the new to be build or existing dashboards. Together as a team you deliver new, valuable information solutions according to the scrum framework.

Practical Examples
- Build future proof Power BI dashboards according to requirements based on the business needs.
- Maintain, simplify and enhance existing dashboards to increase efficiency.
- Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on information products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable information solutions.

- Translation of business needs into adequately documented requirements and eventually information solutions in the form of dashboards.
- Ensure maintenance and development of the squads information products into future proof and compliant solutions.
- Guide and influence the team members towards the vision of the Area. Also to share your expertise and knowledge with other team members.

You and your talent
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Experienced in Power BI, DAX, SQL
- Proven experience with Power BI (modelling data, using storytelling to help the end user to understand, eye for design and UI)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with working Agile/Scrum
- Experience with storytelling through data
- Result-oriented, have can-do mentality
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly to understand complex topics
- Team player: you are able to work with others well to deliver value to our organization
- Able to think ahead and to take initiative to improve and optimize
- Can communicate in English and Dutch fluently

Harde eisen:
Master of Bachelor degree
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als data analyst
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Power BI, DAX, SQL
Ervaring met het werken met Agile en scrum
Vloeiend in Engels
