As a Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you strive to make a difference as an analytical thinker with Financial Market product knowledge. Complemented with excellent language skills and an interest in IT Projects in a challenging technical environment you can be the team player we are looking for.

Making a difference :

• Analysis of Financial Markets transactions pertaining to potential market abuse ;

• Promptly investigate and clearly communicate issues arising from the monitoring activities;

• Assist in the development and maintenance of detection scenarios for different classes of financial instruments for automated transaction surveillance;

• Maintain awareness of key regulatory updates and analyse their impact upon monitoring.

• Assist in conflict of interest duties as accessing employee’s securities accounts or requests of personal account trading.

Our Market Abuse & Control Room unit (MAC Unit) team brings talented people together to providing guidance and enforcing internal and external regulations in relation to Market Abuse and Conflicts of Interests. The MAC Unit has a key role in the promotion and safe-guarding of the integrity and the reputation of Rabobank Group.

With you as a Compliance Monitoring Analyst the team will consist of 15 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles.

Must haves:

Team player, proactive and motivated to learn are clearly essential for the role of Compliance Monitoring Analyst. In addition it's important that you recognise yourself in the requirements below:

• A completed higher vocational (HBO) or university-level education preferably in law or economics;

• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience

• Strong analytical skills particularly relating to large and complex datasets

• Knowledge of financial markets, -instruments are an advantage

• You are capable of working in a demanding and varied environment;

• Proactive and detailed-oriented

• Excellent language skills (oral and written) in English and, Dutch and other languages are advantageous.
