Job Description
As Project Manager DORA register Excellence you play of pivotal role in improving the quality of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Register of Information and to extend the register with data required by the regulation of OCiR (Operational Continuity in Resolution).

As Project Manager DORA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act in a complex stakeholder environment and deliver impactful results. You will be working with complex datasets and ensuring regulatory compliance through accurate and structured information. Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM) is a unit within Rabobank of approximately 115 FTE with a global responsibility for Procurement and Vendor Management. The department contributes to a strong cooperative bank by servicing the processes of Strategic category management, Sourcing & contracting, Supply risk management, Supplier- and contract life cycle management, Requisition-to-Pay. Recently PVM also obtained the responsibility for servicing the processes for Intragroup Arrangements and ‘other’ Third Parties and has been given the Report Ownership of the DORA Register of Information.
PVM Global Services (GS) is responsible for supporting all the processes with Process & Information management, Automation, Data Management & Reporting. Next to that, Global Services provides procurement knowledge through the intranet ‘Procurement Portal’ and supports the PVM department with a Project Management team to run strategic projects. The project management team currently consists of in total 5 project managers.
Get results:
1. Initiating and Leading DORA ROI improvement Projects and the implementation of the OciR reporting requirements. As the responsible Project Manager, you play a crucial role in setting up, leading, and executing improvement projects. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Clear Communication and Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Regular updates, status reports, and transparent discussions help keep everyone informed and aligned.
3. Managing Dependencies Across Projects: Oversee dependencies between the development of the Dora Register and other projects, both within and outside Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM). Coordinate timelines, resource allocation, and inter-project relationships for smooth execution. As DORA register is relying on multiple data providers it’s essential they deliver in time and accurate.

1. Contributing to Project Realization: Actively participate in project activities to achieve successful outcomes. Whether performing tasks directly or coordinating activities, drive progress toward project goals.
2. Coordinate Data Collection, Analysis and Quality assurance: Rabobank has the obligation to report to regulating Authorities for itself and subsidiaries. Ensure reporting to authorities is complete, timely and accurate.
3. Logical Reporting to Management: Create logical narratives that convey project content and progress to management. Reports provide insights, highlight achievements, and address challenges and is suitable for project decisions.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with at least 10 years of project management experience.
• You have a solid track record in project management within a complex international environment.

• You possess strong organizational sensitivity and can weigh stakeholder interests in your decision-making.
• You are conceptually and analytically strong.
