As a team we develop and maintain future proof and compliant structural Business Intelligence solutions and dashboards for the business line CDD (Customer Due Diligence), aiming for one truth and one overview products that will bring cohesive and efficient information to the business to make positive impact on preventing Financial Economic Crime

You and your job

As a Senior Business Analyst you work in a team that is situated in a rapid changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). The team is relatively new formed but and therefore you bring your experience to refine requirements to build new data solutions that meet the needs of our business partners and align with the vision of our Data & Insights team within the Financial & Economic Crime Department. You share your experience and knowledge with the team on how to manage stakeholders effectively, to gather and define requirements for the new to be build data solutions, to anticipate on needs of the business and foresee potential risks. Together as a team you deliver new, valuable data solutions according to the scrum framework.

Practical Examples

• Understand the business needs and convert these into technical requirements for the data solutions to be build by the BI developers.

• Maintain, simplify and enhance existing dashboards to increase efficiency.

• Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on data products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable data solutions.

Top responsibilities

• Understand the business problem or need (find out the question behind the question) and come up with solutions with the team. Write down the requirements and coordinate with the stakeholders.

• Ensure maintenance and development of the squad data products into future proof and compliant solutions.

• Share your expertise with other team members on stakeholders management, requirements definition/ gathering.

You and your talent (hard skills)

• Bachelor or Master Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in complex environment

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum Framework

• Familiar with BI Tools such as Power BI

• Great at Stakeholder Management, networking, communication and digital collaboration

• Positive energy to bring the team together in the challenges

• Can communicate well in English, Dutch is preferable

• Knowledge of FEC and CDD is a Plus
