Are you passionate about data and its potential to prevent Financial Economic Crime? Do you have experience in translating business needs into requirements for data products? Do you want to work in a dynamic and agile environment? We are looking for a business analyst who can join our Insights Transaction Monitoring squad and act as the interface between the business, gathering requirements to maintain, enhance, phase out and hand over data products.
As a team we develop and maintain future proof and compliant structural information solutions and dashboards for Transaction Monitoring aiming for one truth with creating BI-products that will bring compelling, cohesive and efficient information to the business to make positive impact on preventing Financial Economic Crime.

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
• Engage with stakeholders from different parts within the FEC Domain to gather requirements based on their needs and translate it into clear and actionable functional requirements for data solutions;
· Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on data products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable data solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders in elaborating how to get from a functional insight to a technical solution
• Support the team in creating backlog items that can be delivered by the team

You and your talent
Collaboration, Agility, Flexibility, Result oriented, Great Communication skills are clearly essential for the role of a Business Analyst. We ask that you have:
• Bachelor or Master with 5 yrs experience in a similar role
• Enterprising, Proactive and self-starter (can easily find and talk to many stakeholders)
• Positive Energy inside the team
• Analytical thinking and can interpret Data
· Experience working in Azure Dev Ops.
· Knowledge of Databricks and PowerBI is a plus
