You and your job

As part of the Legal Secretariat you make a contribution by supporting the Legal department MT members as well as general support to Legal colleagues. You will perform various organizational and administrative activities, such as calendar management, maintain the functional mailbox, organize and support with (TEAMS live) events, marketplace and IT shop orders. As the first point of contact for your colleagues, you’ll enjoy nice interactions throughout the day, which adds a personal touch to your workday.

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day?
• You manage the agenda of the MT member you support. You understand in general terms what is going on and you are able to determine interests and think ahead.
• You are a first point of contact for your Legal colleagues. You look at where your added value lies and where you can help.
• You are a connector for the team and communicate relevant information.
Fine working relationship
• In the team Legal Operations
• together with fourteen direct colleagues
• 32-36 hours per week

You and your talent
• You are customer- and solution-oriented and organizational challenges give you energy
• Tech savvy and experienced with working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Powerpoint, Word, Excel);
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Pro-active, you identify opportunities for improvement;
• You are flexible and can handle changes well;
• Networking and building relationships that help you achieve your goals
