Innovation Lead Data FEC

You and your Job
As Innovation Lead Data FEC, you drive and executive the strategy to improve FEC (Financial Economic Crime) with the right data at the right time by using innovation. We want our data to be available, of the right quality, while everyone knows their responsibilities and accountabilities towards how to use and improve the data. The last years, we did a big job of implementing data management in FEC and making the data available. At this stage, we want to further improve, innovate and grow our data maturity, also to reach the ambition of our Next Level Data Strategy that is currently being made and to work more simple, efficient and effective.

In this role, you will be advising the management of our Sub Area Data and Area Data & Insights how to set up innovation within Data (& Insights) and incorporate in the squad roadmaps, also following the goals of our Next Level Data strategy.

Top 5 Responsibilities
You advise how to set up innovation within Data (& Insights), what is needed in teams to ensure an innovation mindset, what is needed in terms of resourcing for this and ways of working.
You advise on how to introduce experiments and proof of concepts on data, data management, automation, (gen)ai and organize buy-in from management and stakeholders and align with global data management and other central teams on this. You advise on how the responsibilities for Data & AI literacy should be distributed, which role Data & Insights should play and align with the next level data strategy and key stakeholders and teams. You create a shared vision and roadmap how to embed sustainable data use within Sub Area Data and FEC. You identify which collaborations with universities and research institutes should be started to innovate FEC data and advise on this. You are very familiar with the latest developments in both data and innovation and are eager to help the Tribe FEC Tech to grow to the next level of maturity. You are not afraid to work in a highly regulatory environment and you have the creativity to also get things done in such an environment.

Area Data & Insights is a brand new Area within FEC Tech. Sub Area Data is part of Area Data & Insights and has to aim to bring reliable, consistent, accessible and transparent data to FEC, driven by innovation. We have ambitious goals, a growth mindset and we have an open, informal and inclusive culture where we help each other within an agile (scrum) way of working.

You and your talent When you recognize yourself in below mentioned skills, you have everything you need to become the new Innovation Lead FEC at Rabobank:
- Academic (Masters or Bachelor) working and thinking level.
- At least 7 years experience with Innovation
- Experience with data environments and digitization in the financial sector.
- Experience in both regulated and less regulated environments, for instance startups or creative industry.
