We are looking for reinforcement for our IT Service Desk in Rotterdam! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related questions, ensuring colleagues are supported quickly and professionally. You will set up workstations for new employees, resolve or escalate incidents, and contribute to projects such as infrastructure implementations and rebranding initiatives.

Your responsibilities
•    Provide first-line IT support and handle tickets
•    Set up and maintain workstations (hardware, software, access rights)
•    Manage Active Directory and Office 365 settings
•    Support projects and IT administration (JML, CMDB)
•    Work in shifts within an international environment

Your profile
•    HBO-level education or equivalent experience in IT (internship/working experience required)
•    Familiar with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
•    Knowledge of Windows 11, AD, Office 365, and printer management
•    Basic knowledge of SCCM/Intune, VMware, and Citrix is a plus
•    Strong communication skills, stress-resistant, service-oriented
•    Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
