1. Application Packaging: Create standardized software packages that are
compatible with the corporate desktop and server configurations.

2. Software Compatibility: Test applications to ensure they function correctly on
various operating systems and hardware platforms.

3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of the packaging process, including
version control, configuration settings, and deployment procedures.

4. Quality Assurance: Verify that packaged applications meet security, compliance,
and performance requirements.

5. Deployment Support: Assist with the deployment and installation of packaged
applications across the Viterra network.

6. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to packaged applications,
both during the packaging process and after deployment.

7. Updates and Patches: Stay informed about updates and patches for packaged
applications and ensure they are applied in a timely manner.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, software developers, and end-users to
gather requirements and address application-related issues.

9. Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts or tools to streamline the
packaging and deployment processes.

10. Security: Ensure that packaged applications are securely configured and do not
