Role    Microsoft Sr. Security Engineer

SN    Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1    Should have Transition & Implementation Skill for MS Defender, Sentinel and Purview
2    Should have excellent technical skill pertaining to MDE, MDC, MDO and MDI
3    Should be able to manage the delivery and front ending to the customer and lead the teams on call.

    Roles & Responsibility
1.    Experience with implementing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and operational activities.
2.    Hands on design and configuration of the security aspects of Microsoft Purview and Priva product Suites
3.    Expressing configuration and development of the tools using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
4.    At least 2 years of professional experience with IT Security products and services, ideally related to Sentinel SIEM
5.    Experience with implementing baseline policies.
6.    Experience with configuring ASR and EDR policies.
7.    Experience with the M365 Defender console and the Microsoft Defender for Office console.
8.    Experience with policy creation based on requirement.
9.    Experience with policy deployment using different methods.
10.    Experience with Troubleshooting & Validation
11.    Experience with the M365 Defender Console and Microsoft cloud App security Portal.
12.    Experience with design document preparation and client interaction.
13.    Experience with the implementation of containers /servers into MDC (Microsoft Defender for Cloud)
14.    Experience with configuring Azure Arc
15.    Work with Cloud security teams to understand current cloud deployment architectures.
16.    Assess and prioritize findings in order to formulate risk mitigation advise.
17.    Experience with remediation strategies and operational procedures.
18.    Experience with securing Azure Cloud environments.
19.    Ability to connect with other cloud teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.
20.    Experience with onboarding in Azure Cloud environment.
21.    Solid knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform with Defender for cloud integration.
