You and your job
Would you like to be the driving force behind process mining initiatives within Financial & Economic Crime (FEC)? As a Process Mining Analyst, you will be the point person for such initiatives, coordinating with the various operational units of FEC (Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions) and other stakeholders such as the CITO Process Mining Centre of Enablement or development teams across different areas.
Practical examples
• The MT CDD is looking for tangible improvement proposals to our CDD processes based on data insights. You work together with the project team to identify the most important bottlenecks in the process by using process mining, organise sessions with process managers and CDD analysts to confirm and refine the results of the analysis.
• A new system is implemented to automate a number of customer outreach processes. You determine what new logging data have been made available and how these can be incorporated into our process models in Celonis, our process mining tool.
• During the development of process mining insights you find that some of the data points can be used in regular management information. You help the MI team understand what was developed and how it could be incorporated into existing dashboards.

You and your talent
• Academic working and thinking level
• You have experience in building, operating and operationalising process mining solutions
• You are able to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs a you possess process-oriented thinking
• You feel confident in working in and with a diverse and complex stakeholder field
• You are motivated to help our internal clients improve their business processes by providing them with actionable insights
• You have a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo and are able to simplify things
• You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to support stakeholders in their ambition to become more data-driven in their decision making
• Knowledge about linking data in systems, Business Intelligence and frameworks such as PDCA and Lean SixSigma are a plus
