Imagine… that you drive and control projects that are part of the Information Security Organisation of Rabobank; As a Security change specialist, you make a real difference by applying your in-depth knowledge of the latest threats and ensure the Rabobank has the necessary level of protection in place. You perform your work in close cooperation with the security management team, Business departments, IT departments, Delivery managers and IT Engineers to protect Rabobank against tomorrow’s threats.

• You can operate effectively in a complex playing field, dealing with strategic Information Security related projects umbrella involving cross divisional and cross regional (virtual) teams
• You can drive change at all levels; including management, employees and key internal as well as external stakeholders
• You are a driven and pragmatic professional with a wide variety of interests quickly able to understand a wide variety of business processes and translate your deep technical knowledge and experience in (IT) security into adequate protection measures
• You will advise business on specific security risks they are running translated to business terms and program objectives in crisp and clear language

With each other
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. The Chapter Security (CISO) provides integrated first line risk management services that support the Rabobank domains to be in control of key operational and information security risks. In short, the CISO mission is to: ‘drive secure banking”. Furthermore, we are responsible for a number of large programs on key risk themes.

Within the CISO organization, Security brings talented people together to protect the Rabobank. With you as security specialist, the team will consist of roughly 40 security advisors and security engineers. Within the Security team you will work in a small team, dedicated to the security change activities.

Customer focus, critical thinking, clear communication, interpersonal skills are clearly essential for the role of security change specialist. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• Master, in a technical field preferred in IT/Security
• Certifications such as IT Audit, (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM
• 5+ year working experience in an IT function
• 5+ working experience in an IT security function
• You have a strong personal integrity and know how to work with classified information within the bank, but also in trusted communities
• Experience with SIEM and SIEM use cases
• Experience with the NIST maturity model
• Experience in Cloud security
• Experience with senior level stakeholder management in an international environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (Preferable)
