Platform Engineer – Agentic AI Platform

About the Role
As a Platform Engineer within the Area Analytics Platform, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable platform capabilities that power advanced analytics and AI solutions across Rabobank.
You’ll be part of a diverse team of 280+ Data & Analytics professionals within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, supporting hundreds of engineers, data scientists, and analysts in delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust platform infrastructure for AI and analytics use cases
Work with modern container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Build and optimize cloud-native solutions in AWS and Azure environments
Contribute to the development of Rabobank’s Agentic Platform, leveraging emerging AI paradigms
Implement and enhance observability using frameworks like OpenTelemetry
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve platform usability and scalability
Work with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes
Containerization (Docker)
Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

Experience with agentic platforms or advanced AI frameworks is a strong plus
Familiarity with observability frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry)
Experience working with open-source AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is highly desirable
A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as terraform
Experience with Python
Strong communication skills; you are a sociable team player who enjoys collaboration
