Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Online Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with a team consisting of a product owner, business analysts, implementation specialists, solution architect, and fellow engineers to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 and contribute to strategic initiatives like the Employee Launchpad.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive innovation and quality improvements across our SharePoint and M365 solutions.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable codebase supporting 100+ solutions.
• Oversee the lifecycle of building blocks such as SPFx solutions and Azure Functions.
• Promote code reuse, automation, and best practices for maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver impactful solutions aligned with DWD’s mission.

Key Qualifications
Must-Haves:
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online (Modern Pages) and SPFx framework.
• Proficiency in Azure platform, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with JavaScript/React, PNP-JS, and C# for Azure Function Apps.
• Ability to oversee application lifecycles and adopt new technologies responsibly.
