RPA & Low-Code Engineer
Area Low Code Solutions
Will you support us in developing and managing Low Code solutions and help automate repetitive tasks? In 2024, we saved more than 2.5 million hours with our solutions. This way, we take the robot out of the human. Will you help us add even more value in 2025?

You & your role
You will work in a dynamic team where robotic solutions are designed and built to automate (existing) processes. Before starting a new project, you will thoroughly understand the current process and ask the right questions to see if the process can be simplified, so you can come up with an efficient and smart solution. You will work together with the stakeholders of the business teams for whom we create the solutions, so some experience with process optimization is desirable.

Once the process is clear, you will start creating the solution. You will translate the process into a technical process map and then determine with your colleagues the best way to develop the solution. During development, you ensure that development standards are met, consider maintenance and potential failures. You will also maintain contact with stakeholders to keep them informed and check if what you have built meets their expectations. After a test period, when the solution is in production, you and your colleagues will be responsible for daily management to ensure the solution continues to function as expected.

If you have no experience with RPA/Low-Code, your team will help you master the necessary tools. The team you will join works closely together to come up with the right solutions faster and better and to ensure that knowledge is shared. You have a lot of freedom in choosing between working from home or at the office.

Requirements:
• HBO or university level of work and thinking.
• Good command of English and Dutch
• Experience with Kofax RPA, UiPath, PowerApps, and/or Mendix
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
• Process-oriented thinking
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Taking personal responsibility and showing initiative
• Strong desire to learn in a rapidly evolving technical environment
• You enjoy puzzles, are flexible, and adapt when faced with setbacks
• Skills in business analysis and process analysis
