Road Manager Name Screening Name Screening is used for the detection of individuals and organisations that could pose a sanction terrorism financing or money laundering risk. Our teams are at the forefront of data driven signal detection and are dedicated to achieving excellence in providing a high quality reliable global service. You and your job 

As Road Manager Name Screening your job is to support the leadership team and be the linking pin with different areas outside of Sanctions Detection. You ensure that everything runs smooth there is clarity about who does what and when and follow up with items that are nearing their due date. You verify deliverables to ensure they meet our standards and expectations and provide documents to the requesting parties. You do this by performing various supporting and administrative activities. You understand and notice where support is desired and proactively address this. You know how to keep an overview and think in terms of solutions. You ensure that within the Name Screening Area information flows are properly managed. You make the difference by neing able to provide structure organise work and activities for the Name Screening Leadership team and therefore drive progress. Helping the Name Screening Leadership team by facilitating the activities monitor and report progress prepare document requests and manage the follow up on actions. Being able to gather information from different stakeholders review them for coherence in storyline and summarise them into a professional and coherent presentation for our stakeholders.

Practical examples
Support Model Validation by coordinating questions and aligning with stakeholders. Prepare Area reviews by planning alignment meetings and make sure everything is in place. Tracking actions with an external vendor. Pick-up projects for example change management MI planning application decommissioning team workshops.

Skills Excellent functional writing & documentation skills.
Great facilitator skills; structuring calls and meetings to ensure goals are met and decisions are reached.
Experience with and exposure to different project management techniques.
Reporting & analytics affinity with IT change management. Stakeholder management is where you excel!


You and your talent


Must have Academic working and intellectual level (BSc or MSc degree).
You have a pro-active mind-set and you take ownership. Good communicator: ability to talk to senior management business experts as well as developers and other team members. Fluent in English. Excellent writing skills; you are able to document your approach test results and conclusions with substantiating arguments and evidence so it can withstand compliance audit or other 3rd party scrutiny. You have a helicopter view: overseeing a wide domain and any consequences certain (design) decisions have. On the other hand you are not afraid to æget your hands dirty and become involved in complex analysis and implementation questions.

Nice to have

 Relevant experience with Agile Scrum Lean in the ICT sector and financial services.
Dutch language.
