Business analist
Job Description

Join us in expanding and maintaining our Supporthub solution to automate workflow processes and send communication to our clients. This solution consists of multiple PowerApps, robots (micro services) and high code apps. We are a young and ambitious team with all the advantages of a big and professional department, but the freedom to fill in your own role.

You & your job
As a business analyst in team Red you are the bridge between the business and the engineers. You like to support developing high volume enterprise wide applications and like to learn new technologies. You like to help the business and engineers.

In this role, you would be working in our team Red. Team Red is a dynamic team with 8 members. As business analyst you will help business team with configuring their workflow processes and templates inside the Supporthub. You will answer questions and handle issues from the business teams, give the Supporthub training and identify & analyse new functionalities. As a team we currently save around 18k in business hours monthly (60k completed processes), given all the new business cases next year this will be most likely ? 30k per month.

Practical examples
• You continuously support the business teams create and improve their workflow processes and communication templates
• You identify and analyse new functionalities. Together with the engineers you will refine and realise them.
• You help the team with bugfixes and other maintenance.

The Robotics CoE was founded 7 years ago and we have grown rapidly over the years and are still expanding. We have grown into a department of around 80 colleagues.

At this point we are looking for candidates with experience in RPA, however, we have our own Robotics Academy to teach you all that is needed to start building as an Developer within Rabobank. You enjoy creating new solutions together with the business stakeholders. You like developing high volume enterprise wide applications and like to learn new technologies. You do not hesitate to challenge the business when needed and provide them with solutions they haven’t thought of.

In this role, you would be working in our team Red. Team Red is a dynamic team with 8 developers. You develop and maintain enterprise wide reusable apps, services and robots. You will work in duos on large projects and switch between solutions often. This enables you as developer to grow in your role and learn new technologies. Together we develop in short iterations with as result high quality solutions. As a team we currently save around 18k in business hours monthly (60k completed processes), given all the new business cases next year this will be most likely ? 30k per month.

Practical examples
• You continuously add new functionalities to our Supporthub workflow solution via robots, Powerapps and type script apps.
• You add new technologies (f.e. Azure functions) to the solution to support the business better.
