*Deze opdracht valt binnen schaal 9 van de CAO Rabobank. De indicatieve tariefrange ligt tussen de 78 en 88 euro per uur.

Een deel van de te behalen punten wordt toegekend aan de inschrijver met het laagste tarief. Andere inschrijvingen ontvangen naar verhouding minder punten op dit onderdeel.

As Project Lead Learning & Development within W&R, you are responsible for successfully delivering learning solutions that align with strategic objectives. Your primary audience consists of colleagues working in the five international regions of W&R. You serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and translate their needs into concrete learning interventions.

What will you do?
- Lead (international) learning projects from intake to implementation
- Translate business goals into effective learning solutions
- Manage development teams and coordinate resources
- Handle stakeholder management across various departments and regions Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Report on progress, risks, and impact

You & your talents
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
MUST HAVE:
- At least 2 years of experience leading projects in an international environment
- Experience in Learning & Development and/or instructional design

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Familiarity with Lean and Agile ways of working
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch language skills are a plus
Knowledge of Rabobank is a plus, but not required
