PMO COO Change


Support the delivery of strategic change across the COO domain by enabling structured programme coordination and contributing to a future-ready, efficient, and compliant Rabobank. As Project Management Officer within the COO domain, you drive COO organizational maturity & discipline.


Within the COO Change department, you are an integral part of the COO Chief of Staff organization, serving the wider COO domain. In this role, you facilitate effective project execution, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and help drive consistency in ways of working, acting as a reliable backbone for successful change delivery.


 


You and your job


As a Project Management Officer within the COO Change team, you support the execution of complex, cross-functional, and high-impact change initiatives across the COO domain. You play a key role in enabling strong governance and structured delivery, ensuring that transformation activities are aligned, well-coordinated, and executed in a controlled and effective manner. In close collaboration with senior stakeholders, you help navigate an evolving regulatory and organisational landscape. With your PMO skills you contribute to the successful realization of the strategic program. You work closely with the project managers and program managers, and facilitate program communication, planning and reporting. You support the team with coordinating, managing and setting up regular progress updates and reports. You keep track of collective team tasks and action points, and coordinate a range of reports for management committees. You are a reliable support for the program manager and stakeholders within the COO domain.


 


Your responsibilities As PMO



  • Facilitate program communication, planning and reporting

  • Coordinate, manage and set up regular progress updates and reports

  • Track team action points

  • Coordinate reports for program management and management committees

  • Provide overall support to project managers and project managers

  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Pro-actively collaborate closely with the program manager in steering the program


 


You and your talent


You recognize yourself in the following:



  • Demonstrable relevant working experience (3+ years), preferably within financial services;



  • Experience with setting up project or program reporting and overview of progress;

  • A completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;

  • Excellent communication and planning skills;

  • Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders on management level;

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written;
