As a team we develop and maintain future proof and compliant information solutions within Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Tech Data & Insights. We focus on the further development of the technical solution for providing context driven insight to support the FEC analysts investigating the customer of the Rabobank.

Currently 3.000+ FEC analysts use the dashboard on a daily basis to gather information about the client of the Rabobank. We are in the middle of a transition from a one-size fits all solution to a context driven information solution.

You and your job

As Medior Data Analyst (BI Translator) you work in a team that is situated in a rapid changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). We expect you to bring your experience and hands on mentality to support the team in building new data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders and align with the vision of our Data & Insights team within the Financial & Economic Crime Department. You share your experience and knowledge with the team on how to manage stakeholders effectively, to gather and define requirements for the new to be build data solutions, to anticipate on needs of the business and foresee potential risks. Together as a team you deliver new, valuable data solutions according to the scrum framework.

Practical Examples

-Build future proof data solutions (i.e. web application widgets, PowerBI insights) according to the technical requirements based on the business needs.

-Intense collaboration with data engineers within the team and source data owners to maintain, simplify and enhance the existing application and to increase efficiency and data quality.

-Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on data products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable information solutions.

Top 3 responsibilities

-Translation of business needs into adequate development requirements and eventually data solutions in the form of information widgets. Ensure maintenance and development of the squad data products into future proof and compliant solutions

-Guide and influence the team members towards the vision of the Area. Also to share your expertise with other team members.

You and your talent

-Bachelor or Master Degree

-Experienced in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Databricks

-At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

-Experience with working Agile/Scrum

-Result-oriented, have can-do mentality

-Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly to understand complex topics

-Team player: you are able to work with others well to deliver value to our organization

-Able to think ahead and to take initiative to improve and optimize

-Can communicate in English and Dutch

-This is a selection of the terms of employment based on a 36-hour working week.
