You & your job 
We are looking for passionate, RPA & low-code engineers who enjoy working in a dynamic team – both with business and colleague engineers – and are focused on getting work done. We work with Tungsten RPA, PowerApps and Mendix software so we’re looking for a team member who has either deep experience in one or more generic experience and all but most importantly, is willing to focus on the work that needs to be done regardless of the technology. We build great applications and exciting projects, what makes our standards high and challenges you to really create value in your work. 

The Robotics & Low-Code Area consists of a group of 14 different teams who build low-code solutions throughout the bank. As an area, we are proud of our culture, diversity and we have a relatively young team who are known for their great teambuilding and events. This is a place where you can both do meaningful work and have a lot of fun with your colleagues. 

In this role, you would be working for Team Yellow. Team Yellow focuses on building robotics & low-code solutions for the HR department. Next to that team yellow has also built several great solutions for the Sustainable transitions department, CITO and global product vendor management.

What you will be doing

• You will be working with your team (4-9 colleagues) to build robotics & low-code solutions that really matter for Rabobank You will make use of software like Tungsten RPA and PowerApps and Mendix for the low-code part


• You’ll make a difference for our colleagues and our customers by automating repetitive work and creating benefits to our users in many different ways


• Together with your team you will design, build and manage robotics/ low-code solutions based on specific use cases and become an expert in this field of technology


• You are also able to make an active organizational contribution to the continuous improvement of the Robotics Area

Fun & work
“Working as a Robotics Engineer is extremely varied and therefore never boring. On one assignment I am building a robot and on another assignment, I am developing a power app to support the business in their daily work. You and Your Talent

• HBO or University working and thinking level.

• Experience in RPA/ Low-Code software like Kofax, Mendix and/ or PowerApps.

• Experience in working in Agile/ Scrum teams in a complex environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is demanded  (Dutch is not demanded but a nice skill to have).

• A positive, result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive personality is important.

• Experience with new technologies; it is an advantage if you master a programming language.

• Flexibility in attitude and behaviour, will step up in the face of adversity.

• You are a self-starter and you are ready to become one of the key players of the team. 

• You like change, puzzling and can work well in a dynamic environment.

• Collaboration, communication skills and taking personal responsibility and initiative are important.

• Business analysis and process analysis skills are a plus.

• Strong will to learn in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
