Job description

Within Rabobank’s Legal we manage legal risks and safeguard the reputation of the Rabobank by providing high quality legal support and solutions.

As Paralegal in Legal FMPR you will work on financial markets documentation, negotiations and transactions (such as ISDA documentation and GMRAs and GMSLAs) and administrative tasks.

You have already experience in negotiating ISDA documentation and/or GMSLAs/GMRAs, you can work with short deadlines, are organized, are proactive, flexible, think out-of-the-box and have a collaborative mindset.

• You will work in Legal FMPR together with 13 direct colleagues in Utrecht, as well as with international colleagues as one seamless team;

• Mission is for 32 to 36 hours per week;

• A hybrid way of working in terms of location, with balanced home and office working days (Mondays and Thursdays in the Utrecht office).

You and your talent

For this mission we are looking for a Legal Counsel or Paralegal with relevant work experience with the following qualifications:

• HBO Dutch law;

• Relevant work experience in ISDA documentation and/or GMRA/GMSLA negotiations and related administration;

• Strong English language skills.
