Opdrachtomschrijving
Role Local Security Operation center (LSOC) - Analyst Jr Detects cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats by:

• a. Proactively analyzing and interpreting sources to detect IT phenomena that pose new threats to the provision of 1GNC services;
• b. Assessment of non-standard amendment proposals without architectural impact on cybersecurity aspects;
• c. (support) (real-time) reactive analysis and interpretation of correlated log data and other sources in case of escalation by analysts or the senior LSOC analyst.
- Takes mitigating measures to address or prevent threats and vulnerabilities, by:
• d. Determining the impact of identified threats and vulnerabilities;
• e. Deciding on the mitigation measures to be taken for unknown threats and vulnerabilities without architecture impact;
• f. Commissioning of mitigating measures;
- Monitoring of mitigation orders issued;
• g. Escalating vulnerabilities and threats impacting the architecture within 1GNC;
• h. Deciding on and executing escalation of vulnerabilities and threats outside 1GNC to NATO/DEU or NLD organizations within the security domain;
• i. Documentation of own findings and solutions chosen;
• j. Carrying out forensic and household investigations on behalf of the competent authorities.
- Mapping cybersecurity risks and threats and translating them into 1GNC used products, by:
• a. Support in carrying out threat analyses and documenting research results;
• b. Assistance in drawing up risk profiles.
- Manages the information, system content and processes used within 1GNC by:
• c. Ensuring the operation and quality of the connection of external system content to 1GNC equipment;

Within the G6 branch: ensuring a reliable, effective, secure and uninterrupted use of all relevant C2IS and CIS-systems in the PHQ and upon activation during operations.

Eisen

• Candidate has proven workingexperience in a multi-national environment.
• Candidate has proven experience in working in a SOC (Security Operation Center).
• Candidate has proven experience in Security Information and Event Management.
• Candidate has proven experience in Cyber Incident Management.
• Candidate has experience/training/education with SIEM -LOGPoint, Elastic, Splunk.
• Candidate has experience with Incident handling - TheHive, Microsoft SCSM, Greenbone,Trellix EPO.
• Candidate has experience with Cyber Threat intell -MISP -Security Analytics.
• Proven numbers of Work- and thinking level (general and specific) years Knowledge and experience
• Candidate is proficient in English at level 3332.

Wensen

• Knowledge of communications and/or information networks is preferred.
• Experience with IT-Consulting is preferred.
• University or bachelor degree of Science is preferred.
• Experience with Business informatics is preferred.
• Certificate in EC-Council and ITIL is preferred.
• Experience with MS SharePoint is preferred.

Wanneer u bij ons als leverancier een professional aanbiedt en deze wordt geplaatst, hebben we informatie van u als contractpartij nodig, onder andere met betrekking tot de Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid. De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot opdrachtgever. Wij dekken deze risico’s voor onze opdrachtgevers af middels een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening. Dit is een rekening waarop een gedeelte van het factuurbedrag wordt gestort en waarvan u de loonheffingen en BTW kunt betalen aan de Belastingdienst. Het af te storten % hangt ervan af of u een SNA-certificering (NEN-4400-1 of NEN-4400-2) heeft of niet en of uw bedrijf in Nederland of daarbuiten is gevestigd. De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst. Indien u geen G-rekening kunt krijgen (en u kunt hier bewijs van de Belastingdienst van overleggen) dan heeft u ook de mogelijkheid elk kwartaal een accountantsverklaring (assurance report inzake inlening personeel) aan te leveren. Hierin zal een gecertificeerd accountant (AA of RA) een verklaring afgeven over de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de afdrachten. Let wel, de kosten voor deze verklaring komen voor uw eigen rekening.
