Overview
For a project we are seeking two highly accurate and detail-oriented DTP Specialists to design and prepare packaging artwork for our medical device portfolio.
In this project it is important that all packaging materials are fully aligned with the latest brand standards and compliant with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•    Create, adapt, and finalize packaging designs in accordance with design briefs, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, UDI, symbols, languages).
•    Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork following technical specifications from printers and approved suppliers.
•    Ensure all packaging elements—such as labeling, symbols, warnings, UDI barcodes, and multilingual content—are compliant, accurate, and up to date.
•    Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and external partners to verify content and ensure timely approvals.
•    Maintain strict version control and documentation practices in line with quality system procedures (e.g., ISO 13485).
•    Conduct thorough quality checks for accuracy in typography, layout, color, and regulatory content before final release.
•    Adapt existing artwork for different product variants, markets, and language requirements while ensuring compliance.
•    Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing, artwork formatting, and packaging specifications.

Requirements
•    Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
•    Demonstrated experience in packaging design and preparing print-ready files; experience with medical or regulated industries preferred.
•    Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a structured and compliant working approach.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects under controlled documentation processes.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
