We are looking for a Senior Customer Journey Expert
The assignment is part of the Tribe Lending Finance & Risk squad, responsible for the reporting towards related downstream departments. Your focus will be primarily on financial report part of the house, translating Financial and regulatory reporting requirements into actual implementable solutions. Solutions that cover both business processes and or working procedures as well as system changes. During the end-to-end delivery process, you will involve the Finance department (Central / local), Lending Operations and next FR&R other squads within the tribe where applicable.


Key responsibilities:
• Translating feature requests related to financial reporting to actual implementable solutions.
• Working end to end with Lending Operations for any adjustments in working procedures and Tribe Lending and Tribe Finance squads for the technical implementation.
• Provide implementation roadmap proposals to get from an MVP to target state.
• Get the actual business benefits clear as input for prioritization and trade-offs to be made as part of solutioning.
• Support Product Lead in prioritizing the backlog.

Must have expertise / skills / experience.
• Banking experience (Lending)
• Basic understanding of IFRS9 and financial accounting.
• Experience in Business Analyses and requirement Analysis (>=10 Years)
• Pragmatic problem solver with strong analytical and structural thinking skills.
• Working experience in creating functional designs.
• Eager to learn and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in in an international context.
• Experience with Agile way of working

• Experience with Lending Systems (for example LoanIQ)
