Strong knowledge and experience as Project Management in the learning area
Acquainted and comfortable with Senior stakeholder management and an extensive stakeholder field
Work experience in a global setting
Knowledge of Workday learning would be preferred

Responsibilities Learning PM, included but are not limited to:
-Creation and monitoring of project plan to drive execution certainty
-Managing timelines and dependencies with all different workstreams
-Prepare and facilitate project management meetings
-Stakeholder management: plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships
-Risk management: creation and maintenance of risk log, monitoring of risks, and proposal of mitigating actions
-Budget and procurement: proactively managing project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative
-Ensure compliance to ING standards through monitoring of and reporting on progress to HRMT, SteerCo, Change and transformation office
-Prepare project management materials (status reports, SteerCo materials, Country alignment updates, Quarterly Business Review updates)
-Ensuring SNOW (ServiceNow) is being maintained for the projects (finances, milestones, PSRs, etc)
