The factoring market is a rapidly growing market globally, enabled by the rise of new technologies. Are you a hands on Customer Journey Expert (CJE) with experience in agile methodologies, project management, customer journey mapping and/or process redesign? Then we are looking for you!

Commercial Finance
Commercial Finance NL (ComFin) is part of Business Banking and provides working capital to clients based on debtors and inventory (asset based). Characteristic for asset-based lending is that the amount of the loan is primarily based on the value of the customers’ collateral as opposed to financing that is primarily based on the firm and its credit worthiness.

How to succeed
You are a team player, have excellent problem-solving ability and can drive projects from concept to execution. As a CJE (business analyst), you:
• Have a good knowledge about business processes and you will do everything to create an optimal customer journey for our clients/ employees.
• You have experience to setup business requirements.
• Possess strong analytical business skills and take decisions based on data, business processes and facts.
• Can clearly identify and separate main and side issues and setup such a list with our business stakeholders.
• Are able to take on complex business cases and translate them into workable change items, taking into account the whole commercial finance chain
• Define project principles, requirements and use business process designs to visualize changes
• Drive to make things happen
• The focus area will be on the following subjects;
• Our client portal “Creditview” – Claim management
• External Limits - Refinement/Delivery of API-connections
• Grid Vantage – Refinement/ Delivery of a API Connection
• Supplyfy – Refinement / Delivery of new/modified functionalities
• For the above mentioned area’s you will also have a focus on incident and problem management.
For all these areas it’s important that you have a good understanding of the current business processes and based on that you will help to implement the defined (new/ changed) customer journey from business perspective.

About you
You have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
• Understanding of customer needs and the skills to bridge Business an IT;
• A curious mindset for the underlying ComFin market, organization, and business processes
• Relevant experience as business analyst, process, business consultant, functional manager and/or product manager
• Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders.
• Are fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and written)
• Experience in banking or the financial industry
