Our recently established GenAI team is growing rapidly. We have made a good start with recent successes such as AI-based social prioritization and image recognition. The core team will now split into a platform team, a feature team and a specialist team. We are looking for experienced genAI specialist to realize the promises of AI. The team consists of passionate AI professionals who see unprecedented possibilities. It is your job to bring these possibilities into life.

What will you be doing?
You will join one of our teams as a genAI specialist and work you'll be coached by the platform team, and you'll join one of the stream-aligned teams where you'll take the lead in defining and implementing new features or products, technical strategies, development standards, configurations – and ensuring overall team success. In your role, you are a DevOps professional and testing components or answering management questions is a daily occurrence for you, which you consider appropriate within a SAFe Agile organization.

What do we expect?
- You are an experienced professional in Computer Science, Machine Learning, generative AI or a related field.
- Experience in Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Practical experience with LLMs.
- You are fluent in at least one programming language.
- Proficiency in handling large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of embedding generation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Experience in DevOps.
- Good command of the English language.

Team and Culture
You will have the freedom to autonomously work on problems with your team of specialists to build and expand our portfolio of AI projects.
You will contribute across the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation and requirement gathering in collaboration with business analysts and engineering teams, to implementation and delivery. Our projects span a wide spectrum extending to generative AI solutions.

You are experienced in working with large language models (LLMs), capable of handling tasks like indexing and processing large-scale unstructured and structured data.

You will work on cutting-edge AI initiatives that leverage advanced models and drive innovative solutions for diverse use cases.
