The ASML sector IT & Data targets to continuously improve on operational quality by establishing a processes, standards and guidelines framework.

You will be working in one of our teams in the Office of the CIO, the IT & Data Processes & Learning team, focusing on IT & Data process & performance improvement and building a learning culture.

Role and responsibilities
As the IT & Data Process Consultant, you will be working on further building up our in-house process and data modeling capabilities using Lean & Six Sigma practices for process improvement and (cost) efficiency.

You will:

• Support business process owners in their responsibility to maintain and improve processes
• Improve Business Process Management maturity for the IT & Data sector
• Update the relevant processes as published in the myProcess (ARIS) environment
• Analyze IT & Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows​
• Improve quality by using Lean & Six Sigma techniques to reduce defects in IT & Data services​
• Perform data-driven decision-making relying on process KPIs and data analysis
• Identify waste and unnecessary costs in operations​

Education and experience

• 6+ years of process design experience, preferably as an internal or external consultant within a corporate environment (improvement experience beneficial)
• At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, with a solid background in IT & Data environments;
• Experience with ARIS business process analysis & management software
• MSc or BSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field
