Your role in our network
As SAP FICO Consultant, you understand the details, monitor the processes running in their sphere of expertise and seek to maintain and improve the FICO BAU solutions. You have an external interest in the FICO domain and should be aware of the ‘latest developments. When large projects are commissioned, you are
typically seconded to the project team for the duration. This assists the transition from the project into BAU.

Major Areas of Responsibility
- You will be involved in day-to-day BAU activities and serve as third-line support.
- You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to understand the business processes, design the SAP FICO module, and configure it to meet the
organization’s specific requirements for change management topics.
- You will actively be involved in international project and responsible for the deliverable of the functionalities within your expertise.
- You will train the end-user on how to use the SAP modules and create user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the
end-user are comfortable using the system.
- You will create, maintain, and update when required the documentation that outlines the system’s configuration, customization, and test results.

Required skills and experience
- University degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Minimum of three years hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization phase of SAP
transformation programs with SAP modules FI, CO (preferably in S4 HANA, SD/MM is a pre).
- Excellent understanding of accounting, controlling and finance processes and able to translate this into SAP solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
- You are analytical, punctual and can work independently under pressure.
- You enjoy working in a team to tackle challenging problems on a day-to-day basis.
- The confidence and ability to make recommendations concerning SAP business requirements.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management in a global environment.
