Position description
Viterra is looking for an Administration Officer to join our Trade Operations Department. In this position, you will be part of the Operations Administration team and be responsible for the daily handling of shipping documents. You will be the central point for collecting, combining, issuing and sending all relevant documents timely. This role requires an office presence 5 days a week.

Duties
•    As a continuous service for the operations department you will be preparing documents as per contract or as per operation department’s instruction or as per letter of credit; This can be well ordered, but sometimes also be a big pile of information which require you to be able to recognise/find the important details for your task;
•    After preparing comes the final composition of the set of documents and send the sets out to clients and banks. Sets of documents include Bills of Lading, quality reports, origin certificates, phytosanitary certificates and many more;
•    Documents to issue and to include in the sets of documents are presentation letters, invoices and various statements about goods/shipments.

Required skills and experience
•   MBO4 level of thinking, preferably in logistics, MER or office support;
•   Good command of English language (spoken and written);
•   Knowledge of document handling and or commodity trading;
•   Strong administrative skills and structured way of working;
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to set priorities to meet the deadlines;
•   Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment;
•   Experience working with Word and Excel.
