For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation is part of our DNA. As a
Senior .Net Developer you will play a central role in designing and implementing our Vattenfall.nl
website.
Main responsibilities
As a Senior .Net Developer you will be part of a dedicated project team for innovating, developing and
our online platform.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Contribute code to the development of the solution, through local builds and deployments as
well as the CI/CD environments.
• Familiar with an Agile way of working
• Help Vattenfall grow their software engineering capabilities by contributing to coding norms &
standards, software design best practices, and system architecture.
• Challenge business requirements together with your teams product owner.
• Experience with a Proof-of-Concept based approach
You will work in a cross-skilled team under a product owner.

Qualifications and personal characteristics
• University or College of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics,
engineering or related subjects (or comparable training).
• Knowledge of MS Azure is required
• A proven business acumen, and a profound interest in driving value-creating innovation
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Structured way of working.
• Experience with integrating (mobile) applications and backend-systems.

Define technical solutions, define testing criteria (testable product)
Create, test and demonstrate a shippable product by programming, scripting and application configuration
Deploy and release a shippable product into production
Ensure automated monitoring and proactive alerting of customer journeys
You will work in a cross-skilled team and report to a senior project manager
You will be working from our office in Amsterdam but there are possibilities to work from home as well

You speak and write Dutch and English on a professional level
You have experience in software development and would like to learn more!
You have a Bachelor/master thinking level and about two years experience in software development
You can take ownership, seek cooperation are flexible and communicative
University or College of Higher Education degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related subjects (or comparable training)
Highly developed communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Leadership skills and structured way of working
