Our vision

We aim to create a digital ecosystem where answers are accessible from any data source (documents, images, databases) through well-defined data products and robust information management. To achieve this, we are implementing a document management system, defining data products, and supporting strategic projects across BA Wind.

About the Digitalization department

The Digitalization department shapes BA Wind’s digital strategy, inspires stakeholders, drives the digital portfolio, and ensures security and enterprise architecture. Within this department, the Information Management team leads data and document governance, enabling BA Wind to realize its vision.
The role

We are looking for a Data Specialist to join our Information Management team. You will work alongside data experts to define and design data products, semantic models to support our AI ambitions.
Responsibilities

●     Design and maintain data models (semantic, conceptual, and logical).

●     Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data models.

●     Contribute to defining data products.

●     Support projects related to data and document management.

 
Profile

●     5+ years of experience in data modeling (semantic, conceptual, logical).

●     Ability to translate business language into technical models.

●     Knowledge of AI concepts and their implications for data management.

●     Familiarity with data products and modern data architecture principles.

●     Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

●     Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

●     Proficient in English (our primary working language).

●     Available at least 4 days per week.
