This role is open to both freelancers and secondment. You can choose to be based in Stockholm, Amsterdam, or Hamburg, with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week in your selected location. CVs must be submitted in English.

The role reports to the Project Manager of Vattenfall’s External Workforce Project. Hiring Manager is Vattenfall’s Director External Workforce.
The project is tasked to onboard to a central global process the management of all external (contingent) workforce hired by Vattenfall across all markets and business areas.
Tasks & responsibilities
As the Project Change Manager, your main job is to support the business organization, which is impacted by the move of tasks to a central process, to adopt the new and effective ways of handling change. You‘re able to develop a strong knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes.
Based on the change strategy that you develop, you ensure that the business organization is ready for change e.g. by effectively managing stakeholders and providing relevant information. You oversee the development and execution of user trainings and plan and execute sounding board meetings with senior stakeholders. You administer a post-implementation monitoring process to measure results of changes and make necessary course adjustments
Your success is measured through user adoption and hiring manager satisfaction.
Education;
Bachelor
Required experience / expertise:
At least 5 years experience in large change management projects
Having successfully led change projects in complex, international organisations.
Good understanding of HR processes.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Meritorious experience / expertise
Other personal characteristics beyond competences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
