Introductie

Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen in het bouwen van oplossingen die onze bedrijfsprocessen versnellen en vereenvoudigen, of die de klantervaring verbeteren? Ons GenAI Incubator-team heeft één doel: waarde creëren met generatieve AI en Large Language Models (LLMs).

We bouwen snel prototypes en proof-of-concepts op basis van foundation models om te valideren of we kunnen leveren wat de stakeholder vraagt – en itereren daarna verder. In de eerste helft van 2025 hebben we kleinschalige experimenten uitgevoerd; nu willen we doorpakken naar schaalbare oplossingen in productie — en daarvoor hebben we jou nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

Als lid van ons Agile-team binnen Business Area Customers Netherlands speel je een sleutelrol in het leveren van waarde via Generatieve AI. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zakelijke behoeften en technische innovatie en vertaalt échte uitdagingen naar productieklare toepassingen gebaseerd op LLMs die waarde leveren.

Je werkzaamheden richten zich op het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en testen van oplossingen die voldoen aan hoge standaarden op het gebied van beveiliging, prestaties en codekwaliteit.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Vertalen van complexe business use-cases naar robuuste technische oplossingen gebaseerd op LLMs

Ontwikkelen en grondig testen van schaalbare applicaties die klaar zijn voor productie

Verkennen en evalueren van nieuwe tools om onze mogelijkheden of efficiëntie te vergroten

Uitdragen van best practices op het gebied van codekwaliteit, beveiliging en systeemprestaties

Bijdragen aan architectuurkeuzes die de technologische koers van ons landschap bepalen

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit zowel IT als de business, om samen effectieve oplossingen te vinden die passen bij de veranderende behoeften van medewerkers en klanten. Je draagt bij aan een gedisciplineerde aanpak, terwijl je ook ruimte biedt voor vernieuwing en experiment.

Succes in deze rol betekent: betrouwbare LLM-toepassingen leveren die echte problemen oplossen én het team inspireren om grenzen te blijven verleggen.

Wat breng je mee?

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als backend softwareontwikkelaar

Kennis van en ervaring met:

Azure cloud services (zoals Container Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault, App Insights, etc.)

Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Foundry

DotNet (.NET Core/C#)

Langchain en/of Semantic Kernel

Ervaring met Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD en het ontwerpen van APIs en andere software

Je combineert technische expertise met een oprechte interesse in Generatieve AI en de impact daarvan op zakelijke uitdagingen. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen technische en niet-technische collega’s en maakt complexe materie begrijpelijk zonder in te boeten op inhoud.

Are you ready to play a key role in building solutions that accelerate and simplify our business processes or improve customer experience? Our GenAI Incubator team has one goal: create value with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). What will you do?
As part of our Agile team within Business Area Customers Netherlands, you will play a key role in shaping how we deliver value through applying Generative AI. You will work at the intersection of business needs and technical innovation, translating real-world challenges into production-ready LLM-based applications that deliver value. Your work will focus on designing, developing and testing solutions that meet high standards for security, performance and code quality.
Your main responsibilities include
•    Translating complex business use cases into robust technical solutions based on LLMs
•    Developing and thoroughly testing scalable applications to ensure they are ready for deployment in production environments
•    Exploring new tools and evaluating their potential to enhance our capabilities or efficiency
•    Championing best practices across code quality, security and system performance by sharing your knowledge with the team
•    Contributing to architectural decisions that influence the direction of our technology landscape
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from both IT and business units, working together to find effective solutions that serve employees and customers’ evolving needs. By applying your expertise, you help us maintain a disciplined approach while encouraging fresh thinking in everything we do. Success in this role means delivering reliable LLM-based applications that solve real problems—and inspiring those around you to keep pushing boundaries through strategic teamwork.
What you bring
•    3+ years of professional experience in backend software development
•    Knowledge of and experience with
