Develops and supports a team of Scrum Masters / Lean Practitioners

|Develops new agile / iterative development policies on broadly defined topics, in line with Shell overall policies
|Manages the relation with a customer base at very senior levels of business leadership (EC-1 and EC-2)
|Work activities primarily impact medium term strategy of supported teams / organizational units.

Duration: 6 month with possible, but NOT confirmed extension possibilities
Being able to be present on site in Rotterdam area on regular basis
Vast experience in developing, training and coaching senior and medior (technically focused) teams
Preferable Shell, Downstream and Projects experience
Preferable Dutch speaking
Preferable AzureDevOps knowledge and experience
