Assignment context
Rabobank is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Specialist – Recruitment to strengthen the Global HR Systems team within IT. You will contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of Workday as Rabobank’s global HR platform, supporting our digital HR strategy and employee experience ambitions.
Workday is a critical component of Rabobank’s global HR landscape and has been implemented across multiple countries. The focus of this assignment is on optimizing the Recruitment domain and related employee journeys.

Your assignment
As a Workday Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving Workday solutions with a strong focus on Recruitment. You will work in an Agile/DevOps environment and collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders globally.

Key responsibilities
Maintain and support Workday, including:
Incident resolution and service request handling
Data loads and system administration activities
Impact analysis and release validation
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions aligned with global design principles
Propose solution designs, including clear trade-offs and recommendations
Configure and implement changes in Workday Recruitment and related modules
Collaborate with global and local HR teams to understand needs and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Support testing activities and analyse Workday releases
Deliver user training and documentation for new features and enhancements
Work closely with IT colleagues to assess integration and downstream system impacts

Example activities
Improving and optimizing the onboarding journey for candidates, employees, and managers
Designing and implementing enhancements in the Recruitment module
Collaborating with the team to identify the best-fit solutions within the global template

You and your talent
A quality mindset
Good understanding of HR policies and processes
Team player who can work under pressure and set priorities and who sees having fun as part of the job.
Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams, (scaled) Agile.
Minimum of 3 years of recent Workday configuration experience in the Recruitment module and 1 year in one or more additional modules such as HCM core, Absence, (Advanced) Compensation, Learning or Expenses.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
