Description Vacancy : Role
As a Scrum Master within Tech4HR Department, you will join a diverse and committed group that takes ownership of delivering end-to-end solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. You bring your experience and knowledge to help the team grow in maturity and effectiveness. Your primary goal is to act as a coach and facilitator, enabling the team to deliver value and continuously improve (scope of 3 squads).

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining the Scrum framework for the squad using Agile best practices.
• Leading sprint planning, execution, impediment removal, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching the squad in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Supporting individual team members in developing skills and Agile understanding.
• Working closely with the Product Manager on planning and priorities.
• Ensuring Agile-related reporting and metrics (e.g., burndown charts) are relevant and transparent.
• Driving development of release and sprint roadmaps.
• Mentoring teams on user story sizing, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in team coaching and facilitating and as a Scrum Master in IT or software development environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex settings.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
• Preferably experience in DevOps and managing run/change activities in parallel.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch.

• Leadership by example with confidence, positivity, patience, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to provide and receive transparent feedback.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to “read the room.”
• Ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable.

• Capability to navigate complex and diverse environments effectively.

Education & Certification
• HBO or University degree.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM I).
