Join Credit Core as a Scrum Master! Work together with three enthusiastic teams to help
deliver end-to-end solutions for diverse stakeholders and advance your career with one of the
most reputable financial institutions in the world. Our experienced teams are about to start a
new big multidisciplinary project that has everyone excited.

As a scrum master, you will be part of CreditCore, a cutting-edge tribe within Rabobank that
provides credit risk services to optimize business operations for the bank and its clients. You
will work with and for 3 of our squads working on the gathering and distributing risk data to
the bank, at a worldwide scope. Will you take on the challenge and join us realizing our

You and your job

your team, the PO and the other scrum masters of the area, to ensure that we deliver
maximum value to our customers. This requires focus and skills, finding out the question
behind the question and, where necessary, you seek confrontation.

Experience as scrum master:
• in a complex stakeholder landscape;
• in Agile DevOps squads;
• Scrum and Agile methods and principles (PSM I);
• Embedding and applying the right metrics;
• You have mastery of the English language.

Would be nice if you:
• are PSM II certified;
• are PSPO I & II certified;
• have experience as Scrum Master with IT DevOps teams;
• have experience with Rabobank S@S WoW/rituals.

Your top 3 responsibilities :
• Leading of high performing teams with an eye for improvements;
• Team value delivery, happiness, stability and predictability;
• Facilitate the scrum rituals and Rabobank S@S Way of Work.
