You and your job
Fostering collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate operational excellence this is your primary mission as a scrum master leading at least two teams within the cluster.

Lead and guide your assigned teams, ensuring they adhere to agile principles and practices.
Empower team members to self-organize, collaborate effectively, and deliver high-quality results.

Work closely with other Scrum Masters within the cluster.
Collaborate on initiatives that impact the entire division.
Share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving collective success.

Influence colleagues’ mindset and behaviour to align with agile values.
Encourage a growth mindset, adaptability, and openness to change.
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and coaching sessions to promote continuous learning.

You and your talent
• Minimal 1-3 years scrum master experience
• Certification in PSMI, PSMII, PSPO or similar
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Automate and PowerBI
• Empathic listening
• Results-driven and proactive
• Diligence

This is a selection of the terms of employment for a Scrum Master based on a 36/40-hour working week.
