You are part of a multidisciplinary squad that realizes the digital ambitions for Rabobank within the Tech4Engineering domain, while closely collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

As part of a DevOps squad you will be developing, maintaining and supporting several inhouse developed tools. The tools are used for automate delivery of on-premises infrastructure and keeping that infrastructure compliant. As a DevOps Engineer you make an impact on the way our customers perceive the services we deliver at Rabobank. You make it possible to give our customers a 9+ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business requirements using ASP.NET MVC/WEB API tools and MS SQL

databases

• Support the departments to meet their business requirements with their automated workflows

• Work within the automation team in creating new and improving existing orchestrated solutions

You and your talent:

Essential

• .NET (C#)

• ASP.NET 4.x (MVC)

• HTML4/5/CSS3

• Database (MS SQL)

• Javascript/ jQuery

• Scrum

• Visual Studio 2022

• Full stack development incl. Azure/DevOps way of work (Ci/Cd Pipelines)

Desirable

• Devexpress developers suite: .NET controls or similar framework

• Bootstrap

• Principles of workflow orchestration

• OpenId Connect authentication with Azure App registrations

Skills:

• At-least 3 years of programming experience in building complex web software applications in HTML and .NET (ASP.NET/C#)

• Development knowledge and expertise. The ability to design and develop web apps for custom data collection and integration

• Operations knowledge and expertise — understanding IT operations activities and tasks, how information is disseminated within the organization and organizational challenge

• Infrastructure knowledge and expertise — the ability to understand how IT infrastructure elements (e.g., Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Networks and SQL databases) and IT tools can be used and integrated to support automation

• Automated Testing: Unit test

• Entity Framework Capabilities / Competences:

• Good verbal and written communication in English

• Analytical mind

• Team player

• Ability to work according to the Scrum / Agile method

• Affinity with Lean (continuous improvement)
