Description Vacancy : Market Data Business Analyst
Market Data IT Team in Tribe Markets & Treasury is responsible for delivering stable, high quality, secure and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions for Rabobank’s businesses. This incorporates design, implementation, security and support of (amongst others) data centre networks, server capacity, data centres, workplace (desktop, laptop, mobile) etc. The team supports applications used
across different regions from Australia until Brazil. The team is located in multiple locations – London, Utrecht, India

Key responsibilities
- To define requirements to maintain Market Data (MD) technical infrastructure at zero down time.
- To provide strategic and tactical architectural guidance relating to the implementation of market data systems.
- To authorise proposals relating to the design and implementation of market data systems.
- To manage and maintain all Market Data procedures and systems documentation.
- Improve governance of Incident Management, define Monitoring Matrix
- Align with stakeholders on usage of the applications
- Align with stakeholders on migration of application contracts from On Prem to Managed Service
- Document the current landscape and analyse improvements
- You represent business stakeholders and with your expertise provide the squad with business needs
- You analyse data and configure market data to meet the bank’s objective to remain in control

Business Knowledge/ Skills:
- Proven knowledge of market data systems: LSEG Workspace, Bloomberg B-Pipe and Bloomberg Terminal
- Proven knowledge of RTDS including DACS entitlements, ATS, ADS and ADH including Non Interactive Publishing services and Real-Time Optimised Datafeed.
- BBG Enterprise Console for managing feeds, certificates and performance monitoring
- Proven knowledge of contributions systems, LSEG Reat-Time Contributions (Contex)
- Deep knowledge of Market Data structure and content across suppliers and technologies.
- Broad knowledge of IT services and technologies related to Market Data delivery.
- Technical knowledge of automated software distribution, software packaging and workstation build technologies including SCCM.
- Knowledge of project planning, resource and time management
- Demonstrable trading room knowledge
- An ability to quickly and logically resolve issues within a Market Data environment.
- Experience with using incident ticketing systems such as Azure Dev Ops
- Experience operating within a SCRUM agile framework
