You’re a highly skilled Runbook / Migration Manager that has experience in all stages of the migration process. Your expertise lies defining the migration strategy, creating the runbook including the timelines and planning and you are making sure the stakeholders follow the defined steps according to the migration plan. You are to take the developers, testers and users along in the journey. You are capable to translate this strategy into more tactical and operational items to guide all the involved in the proposed strategy and execution of that strategy. You are knowledgeable and capable in environment and configuration management to ensure the migration is performed on the right basis and targeted infrastructure. You are capable in communicating with all kinds of stakeholders from development to users and infra people. You thrive in complex environments, possess a problem-solving mindset, and excel at fast learning. Your ability to switch seamlessly between business and technology-driven questions makes you an invaluable asset to any organization.
Journey Runbook / Migration Front to Back to Risk (FtBtR) RANZ
As Journey Runbook / Migration Manager in the FtBtR journey you will be responsible for delivering the migration strategy & planning and continuous execution of the various conversion dry run cycles including the dress rehearsal and go live. Also you make sure there will be sign off on the different phases and the project can be brought live into production.
The journey
The goal of the Front to Back to Risk project and RANZ Journey is to migrate trades from legacy systems into Murex. This process should cover all asset classes and the complete trade lifecycle. The envisaged timeline for the whole Front to back to Risk project is the end of 2026. This means this RANZ journey is already fully in progress and we expect to completed it in around maximal 9 months from now. This is a temporarily assignment.
You and your job
You will be working in the Tribe Markets and Treasury within the Area Treasury. As the journey is impacting multiple areas within the tribe (different value chains and Murex) you will also work across different squads and areas. The project contains all asset classes and the global operation and Rabobank has presence in many continents who should be part of the migration, the ability to work with different regions and cultures is key.
Knowledge of and experience with the trade lifecycle and products is required.
Get results
1. Successfully prepare, plan and executed the migration runbook resulting in acceptance of the functionality for production
2. Ensure implementation and adoption of the various guiding principles for migration
3. Ensure timely agreement and set up of test environments in the chain to execute CDR and DR
4. Ensure proper MI and follow up during test cycles to enable monitoring and tracking

1. Create and manage the Runbook execution, supporting the migration strategy accordingly to the timelines agreed.
2. Prepare environments, it’s configuration and test execution in coordination with the other squad members
3. Provide proper report out towards management and stakeholders
