Assignment context
As a seasoned HR business analyst, we invite you to join us and take part in international projects. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, playing a crucial role in bridging gaps and ensuring successful project outcomes. Use your analytical skills to scrutinize stakeholder needs and drive the development of best-in-class IT solutions for recruitment processes, with an initial focus on the pre-selection processes. Your contribution will help maintain the highest quality standards for our stakeholders and ensure the efficiency and success of our IT environment.

The focus of your work will be on:
• Maintaining control over the Rabobank.jobs platform and ensuring its stability, performance, and compliance.
• Supporting and optimizing pre-selection processes within the recruitment funnel.
• Driving the AI way of working and contributing to the continuous development and innovation of the recruitment platform.

You and your talent
You understand how core HR processes connect with other organizational processes. Experience with recruitment processes, digital recruitment platforms, and/or Workday is a strong advantage. As an experienced business analyst, you possess the mindset and capabilities to initiate, challenge, and formulate solutions that enable a seamless end-to-end user experience. You are skilled in applying business analysis methodologies and best practices, and you excel in communicating effectively between IT and business stakeholders.

From a content and expertise perspective, you bring:
• Knowledge of careers platforms / digital ecosystems, including topics such as security, privacy, and cookie compliance.
• Experience with web technologies, system integrations, and data flows.
• Affinity with AI, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Experience in optimizing digital journeys and building business cases (BuCa’s) to support decision-making.

Personal qualities
• Exceptional communication skills: You simplify complex topics and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Bridging functional and technical matters: Naturally curious, you easily connect business needs with technical solutions.
• Willingness to provide unsolicited advice: You proactively suggest improvements and challenge the status quo.
• Strong organizational skills: You structure information effectively and derive insights from complex datasets.
• Logical problem-solving skills: You bring clarity and structured thinking to complex challenges.
• Organizationally sensitive: You bring strong stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic and flexible: Your’re able to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have
• Experience with recruitment processes and candidate journeys.
• Knowledge of GEO and SEO optimization.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing to improve digital performance and user experience.
