At Consumer Interaction, we are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps (AzDO) Engineer for a new squad.
As part of a Squad under Consumer Interaction, Tech4Engineering, we focus on improving the user experience and alignment within the bank for work-item management using Azure Boards. We will work in close collaboration with teams responsible for Portfolio Management, our Agile way of working (Chapter Simplify @ Scale) and other Azure DevOps Squads.

Providing a standard setup for Azure DevOps Boards to facilitate an easy roll out and kickstart new teams. Adding services (e.g. extensions) to help engineers during their daily work. And an initial focus on bringing AzDO projects from a wide range of customized processes to bring uniformity to AzDO processes and so increase alignment potential for Portfolio Management. This comes with challenges regarding decisions, communication and roll-out throughout Rabobank, balancing a wide variety of wishes with simplification and overall usability.

This mission on Standardizing Azure DevOps Processes makes us the leading Squad on work-item management as well as involvement in many initiatives at other Tribes within Rabobank to align Standardization, paving the way for Cross-Tribe alignment, smoothening connections across Tribes and Domains, while providing sufficient freedom to squads to focus on their work as much autonomous as to be efficient.

As part of this Consumer Interaction Squad, we are responsible for the following Configuration Items in Rabobank:
• Azure DevOps Processes
• Configuration of Azure DevOps Teams and Boards
• Our Tech4Engineering Tribe Project

In this new squad, we are looking for a Senior AzDO (Azure DevOps) Engineer, who has deep experience in Azure DevOps configuration and REST APIs provided.

Especially with the following expertise:
• Familiarity with configuring processes in Azure DevOps, work-item types, custom fields, etc.
• Understanding of the security and permission configuration within Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with configuration of Teams and Security Groups in Azure DevOps
• Familiar with Azure DevOps REST API landscape
• Familiar with Azure
• Being familiar Infrastructure as a Code
• .NET programming or similar programming experience

The following are a plus
• Familiar with automation rules within Azure DevOps processes
• Familiar with creating Azure DevOps Extensions
• Familiar with Terraform
• Experience working at Rabobank

As a Senior member of the team, you are responsible for:
• Guiding more junior members of the team regarding Rabobank Processes and Policies
• Involved in Solution Design regarding both Technical and Procedural Challenges
• Highly Engaged in Backlog Item Definition and Refinement
