As our Business Change Consultant and part of the team, you can make a difference by taking charge of development and improvement initiatives related to our department, the role we play for the CITO domain (Chief Innovation & Technology Officer) and Rabobank globally.

Making a difference
As a Consultant you are challenged on a high level on a daily basis. You act in a dynamic environment with a great variety of stakeholders and topics which also gives you the opportunity to put your mark on initiatives with a lot of impact for the bank.
• You work on projects (leading or assisting) regarding the various topics from the CSI portfolio (IT Risk management, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, etc.)
• You are good in spotting improvement potential but are also capable of giving advice and tools to solve them (ability to understand, dissect and challenge complex processes). You actively work on different ongoing initiatives (independently and / or supporting one of our CSI teams).
• In this position you will regularly run into projects/initiatives with a strong IT component. You can utilize your interest and knowledge in this area and broaden it.
• You are experienced in storytelling and (independently) preparing senior level presentations (amongst others Managing Board, ALR, Supervisory Board).

The mission of CSI is to be ‘Driving secure banking together’ and we deliver on it by – being the collaboration partner with integrated view, knowledge and expertise on data driven risks & security and by driving the organization to be demonstrably in control. CSI is designed to effectively ensure uniformity and consistency on risk management and share expertise in line with accountability on CITO-wide quality. Furthermore CSI is the global owner of the themes Information Security and Business Continuity Management.

In your role as Business Change Consultant you focus on CSI related themes under the direction of the Business Change Manager and the Head of Chapter. You will execute strategic, as well as more ‘hands – on’ tasks and deliverables that will contribute to the realisation of the CSI mission and strategy and ensure our contribution to the strategic agenda of CITO and the Rabobank.

With you
Customer focus, business acumen, strategic thinking and persuasiveness are clearly essential for the role of Business Change Consultant. In addition, it is important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:
• Minimum University working and thinking level;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sized complex environment;
• A profile with a strong emphasis on transformation management;
• Project management experience in an agile environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN;
• Experience with senior level stakeholder management in an international environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferable).
