About the Assignment
This temporary engagement is initiated to support the migration to a new Transaction Monitoring (TM) model within W&R. The transition is necessary to meet updated regulatory expectations, improve model governance, and enhance the robustness of the model lifecycle.
What will you do?
You will work as part of the team and deliver immediate value with minimal onboarding. You will support all phases of the model lifecycle: Governance Validation Monitoring Remediation. You will ensure that models remain effective, compliant, and well-governed. This is ahands-on role, requiring active contribution, problem-solving, and operational execution.
Although not a leadership position, you are expected to set the tone for leadership behaviours: taking ownership, following through, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Required expertise:
- Deep expertise inAML Transaction MonitoringandModel Risk Management
- Ability to quickly adapt and deliver independently Consulting experience (structured working style, adaptability, quality focus)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and provide technical guidance
- Critical thinking: you challenge assumptions, track performance, and drive remediation
